PAT Testing is a Legal Requirement

Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) is an essential inspection and legal requirement that takes place on portable electrical equipment and appliances in all commercial premises and rental properties (Landlord PAT Testing). Portable Appliance Testing is essentially checking the wiring of an appliance ensuring ongoing safe use or identifying faults before they become serious Health and Safety or fire safety issues.

We provide you with a full report of appliances tested along with certification, giving you evidence that your electrical equipment has been tested and is compliant. A PAT test consists of:

Opening Each Plug Top
Completing electrical tests
Labelling of each Tested Appliance
Recording each appliance and the findings
Providing a PAT report/certification to customer

PAT Testing
